The American Royal Announces the Appointment of New Board Members

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (May 6, 2025) – The American Royal is pleased to announce the appointment of five new members to its board of directors for a three-year term, through Spring 2028. These individuals bring a wealth of experience, strong leadership, and a deep commitment to advancing the organization’s mission.
New board members include:
• Allen Dillingham, Dillingham Communications, Inc.
• Paul Friedrichs, United Mosquito & Fly Control
• Evan Howe, Kansas State Bank
• Scott Strickland, Community America Insurance Agency
• Nancy Wilkerson, Donnelly College
Additionally, five individuals have been elected to serve as advisory directors:
• Deb DeBusk, The Saddle and Sirloin Club of Kansas City President
• Robert Freeman, Chairman’s Club Leadership Representative
• Mary Havens, Chairman’s Club Leadership Representative
• Mary Ann Knopke, Belles of the American Royal, President
• John Moncke, Kansas City Power & Light
