Director of Education

The Director of Education leads the development, implementation, and growth of all education programs, outreach initiatives, and scholarship activities for the American Royal. This role is responsible for expanding mission-based learning opportunities, cultivating partnerships across the education and agriculture communities, and ensuring high-quality experiences for students, educators, and stakeholders. The Director will also support donor engagement related to education and scholarship initiatives and contribute to long‑range strategic planning.

Media Interns

The American Royal is seeking talented individuals to assist with media coverage at the Youth Rodeo/Field Trip, ProRodeo, 127th American Royal Livestock Show and the World’s Series of Barbecue®. Media Interns will assist the communications team with media coverage, capture photographs before, during and after the events, create and post social media content, highlight important stories that showcase our mission, capture video content and much more. Interns will be boots on the ground assistance to ensure the successful coverage of these events.
