“From Roots to Rising Chefs”

A partnership between the Shawnee Mission School District’s Broadmoor Bistro culinary program and the American Royal will champion food and agriculture by giving culinary students meaningful, hands-on exposure to agricultural systems. Through this collaboration, students not only strengthen their culinary skills but also deepen their ag literacy, ultimately sharing what they’ve learned with consumers while spotlighting and celebrating local producers.
