Tickets

One Rodeo Performance

• Saturday, June 29 at 2:00 pm

Doors Open to the Arena at 1:00 pm

General Admission tickets are $17 and seats are located on bleachers and are first come first serve.

Children 3 & Under are free and do not require a ticket.

Parking is $10 on site.  Purchase a parking pass in advance with your tickets and save $2.

Event Information

Trailer Loading– This is how working ranch cowboys get the animal loaded into a trailer directly from the pasture.

Stray Gathering– The event demonstrates how cowboys rope and tie a steer out in the pasture for doctoring.

Team Penning– Teams must sort off a few specific cattle (each identified by a specific number) from a larger herd, and move those cattle into a small pen at the other end of the arena.

Wild Cow Milking– The teams rope a wild cow and hand-milk it into an empty soda bottle. One member runs the bottle across the finish line on foot, then pours out some for judges to prove they accomplished their task!

Barrel Racing– Half Time event

Equine Health Requirements

All horses must have an accompanying current (30 days) Certificate of Veterinary Inspection and Negative Coggins test (1 year). This includes Kansas and Missouri horses. Papers will be checked upon arrival. Only healthy livestock are allowed on the grounds.
