Four Shorthorn Banners – Two Champions

Shorthorn exhibitors double-down in the Junior and Open Heifer Shows today at the American Royal. Sara Sullivan of Dunlap, Iowa, claimed Champion Shorthorn Female and Jennifer Bedwell of Isabella, Oklahoma, took home the title of Reserve Champion Shorthorn Female in both the Junior and Open Shows.
The Shorthorn Show concluded with the selection of champion and reserve champion bull. Grand Champion Bull was awarded to Sullivan Cattle Company of Dunlap, Iowa, and the Reserve Grand Champion Bull went to Luke Turner of Mahomet, Illinois.
