KANSAS CITY— Junior swine exhibitors from 16 states gathered in Kansas City, Mo., for the American Royal Market Hog Show. Judge Al Snedegar of Vermontville, Mich., evaluated 376 market hogs during the show held Oct. 26 and 27.

The Champion Berkshire was exhibited by Brennen North of Wolcottville, Ind., and weighed 279 pounds. Phoebe Rogers of Pocasset, Okla., drove the Reserve Champion Berkshire that weighed 256 pounds.
The Champion Chester was shown by Ashley Wallander of Bertrand, Neb., and weighed in at 280 pounds. Blair McMahen of Magnolia, Ark., exhibited the Reserve Champion Chester, which weighed 259 pounds.
Seth Warren of Glenwood, Iowa, drove the Champion Duroc, which weighed 266 pounds. The Reserve Champion Duroc was exhibited by Cole Wilcox of Bedford, Ind., and weighed 280 pounds.
Tristan Davis of Princeton, Kan., showed the Champion Hampshire, weighing 278 pounds. The Reserve Champion Hampshire was exhibited by Aaron Cain of Chariton, Iowa, and weighed 269 pounds.
The Champion Spot was shown by Garrison Straka of Yukon, Okla., and weighed in at 290 pounds. Lindsi Loos of Litchfield, Neb., exhibited the Reserve Champion Spot, which weighed 276 pounds.
Cailyn Hines of Quincy, Mich., drove the Reserve Champion Yorkshire that weighed 260 pounds.
The Champion AOB was exhibited by Maddie Fugate of Mahomet, Ill., and weighed 259 pounds. The Reserve Champion AOB was shown by Cailyn Hines of Quincy, Mich., and weighed 276 pounds.
Ashtin Guyer of Robinson, Ill., exhibited the Champion Lightweight Crossbred that weighed 257 pounds. The Reserve Champion Lightweight Crossbred was shown by Kennedy Richard of Camden, Ark. The hog weighed 256 pounds.
Ty Goss of Canute, Okla., drove the Champion Middleweight Crossbred, weighing 265 pounds. Wade Jung of Marlow, Okla., showed the Reserve Middleweight Champion Crossbred that weighed 271 pounds.
The Reserve Champion Heavyweight Crossbred was show by Blake Goss of Canute, Okla., and weighed 284 pounds.
The American Royal Association is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation that has been a Kansas City tradition since 1899.
