Junior exhibitors compete in American Royal Market Goat Showmanship Contest

KANSAS CITY—More than 80 junior market goat showmen participated in the American Royal Market Goat Showmanship Contest held Thursday, Oct. 24 in Kansas City, Mo.

Judge Chip Kemp of Auxvasse, Mo., sorted the showmen and named Morgan Craig of Hulbert, Okla., as the Grand Champion Goat Showman. The Reserve Grand Champion Goat Showman was Levi Cooley of New Salem, Ill.

Division I Showmanship (9-12 years of age)

Champion: Kami McComb of Pratt, Kan.

Reserve: Brody Nemecek of Iola, Kan.

Division II Showmanship (13-16 years of age)

Champion: Levi Cooley of New Salem, Ill.

Reserve: Kaylie Stone of Gurdon, Ark.

Division III Showmanship (17-20 years of age)

Champion: Morgan Craig of Hulbert, Okla.

Reserve: Jacob Green of Muldrow, Okla.
