Market Lamb Showmanship attracts 149 contestants

KANSAS CITY—On Thursday, October 24, 149 junior exhibitors competed in the Market Lamb Showmanship contest in Kansas City, Mo., at the American Royal. Brad Payne of Weston, Mo., critiqued the exhibitors and selected Megan Hunker from Bellevue, Ohio, as the Grand Champion Lamb Showman. Meghann Winters from Old Washington, Ohio, was selected as Reserve Grand Champion.

Division I Showmanship (9-12 years of age)

Champion: Kailen Urban of Roosevelt, Okla.

Reserve: Georgia Perry of Muskogee, Okla.

Division II Showmanship (13-16 years of age)

Champion: Meghann Winters of Old Washington, Ohio

Reserve: Holly Swearingen of Lawrence, Kan.

Division III Showmanship (17-20 years of age)

Champion: Megan Hunker of Bellevue, Ohio

Reserve: Jessica Burson of Roswell N.M.
