Grand Champion Female, TR PZC NC Fire Fly 1746 ET, was exhibited by Cagney Effling of Highmore, S.D.

Reserve Grand Champion Female was awarded to OBG Nancy 028, owned by Keaton McConathy of Angleton, Texas.

Champion Cow-Calf Pair went to HPF Ms Marion 044 ET, owned by Wright Charolais of Richmond, Mo., and Wild Indian Acres of House Springs, Mo.

Grand Champion Bull went to LT-WC Templeton 1483 PLD ET owned by Wright Charolais of Richmond, Mo., Cody Cattle Co., also of Richmond, and Lindskov-Thiel Charolais of Isabel, S.D.

Reserve Champion Bull went to NWMSU Big Time 166 owned by Northwest Missouri State University of Maryville, Mo.

KANSAS CITY – Todd Herman of Skiatook, Okla., sorted through the entries from 86 exhibitors Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012, at the National Role of Excellence Open Charolais Show held in Kansas City, Mo.

The Grand Champion Female, TR PZC NC Fire Fly 1746 ET, was exhibited by Cagney Effling of Highmore, S.D., and before receiving national honors was selected as junior heifer champion. Reserve Grand Champion Female and senior division winner was awarded to OBG Nancy 028, owned by Keaton McConathy of Angleton, Texas.

The Grand Champion Bull and junior champion division honors went to LT-WC Templeton 1483 PLD ET owned by Wright Charolais of Richmond, Mo., Cody Cattle Co., also of Richmond, and Lindskov-Thiel Charolais of Isabel, S.D. NWMSU Big Time 166 owned by Northwest Missouri State University of Maryville, Mo., was named Reserve Champion Bull and reserve in the junior bull division.
