What is a Governor?

A Governor is a supporting member of the American Royal.  The American Royal, a 501 (c) 3 education non-profit, is able to reach over 55,000 children annually through educational programs. Becoming an American Royal Governor is a significant way of showing the Kansas City community that you believe in the American Royal’s mission, purpose and vision for the future. In addition to the prestige and pride that come with being a Governor and joining the American Royal in our educational mission, you will receive some fantastic “Governor Only” benefits.

Levels of Governorship

Royal Ranger

By making a donation of $25, anyone 17 years or younger, can become a Royal Ranger. Royal Rangers enjoy all the benefits plus they are guaranteed free admittance to KALF days. Learn More>>

Adults, age 18-30, can become Lieutenant Governors by donating $125. Learn More>>
